General Return Requirements :
No return will be accepted without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) issued by PDH.
Please Call our customer service hot line at 818-415-0908 to have an RMA # Issued.
Be sure to include your order number
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise it is authorized by PDH.
No package will be accepted by PDH receiving department without an RMA# clearly written on the outside of the box
Standard Refund & Exchange Policy :
Return for refund and or exchange within: 30 days
Order Cancellation :
We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. We offer 0% cancellation fee.
No order is cancelled once it has been shipped. If a package has been released to shipping department or in transit when your request is made, cancellation of the order will not be possible. Refusal of order delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and the 15% restocking fees from applying to any refund.
A processing fee of 15% percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the original freight/shipping charge.
If product is offered with free shipping, it only means that PDH has paid the shipping on behalf of the buyer. If an item is returned for a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total price paid by buyer and then the restocking fee will be deducted from the remain
Exchanges :
If you purchased a product that you wish to exchange for an alternate item
You can return the item for a refund by having and RMA# from us. 15% restocking fee will be waived. However shipping cost will be charged.
Defective Item :
Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced.
No fee will be assessed if we are permitted to resolve the issue by replacing your defective merchandise.
You may also return defective merchandise for a refund; however, a 15% processing fee will apply, and original shipping costs will be deducted. The processing fee will only apply if you choose to return the merchandise for a refund.
Shipments Damaged in Transit :
You will need to inspect your received item carefully for damage or obvious defects while the shipper is still present as we inspect all packages prior to leaving our warehouse. If you discover any damage, please refuse delivery while the shipper is still present and do not accept the item. Any damage claim reported after you sign for your item cannot be honored as the shipper must wait for you to inspect the merchandise prior to signing. Damaged merchandise can be replaced with the same model only
You may also return damaged merchandise for a refund; however, a 15% processing fee will apply.

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS:
You may pay with a check or money order however, these payments are subject to additional verification requirements. Orders placed with check or money order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after funds are confirmed.
SALES TAX :
All items picked up locally or shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to California Sales tax.
AUTHORIZATIONS AND HOLDS :
Orders are not charged prior to shipping. An authorization is requested when an order is initiated. CREDIT card companies, Paypal, and may put the requested funds on hold in your account to allow us to complete the transaction. This does not mean that the funds are in our possession, they are still under the control of the credit company or the bank.

In-stock, approved orders are shipped the same or next day, Monday–Friday, within 24 hours of your order being placed. US orders are generally shipped with FED-Ex or UPS, but may also be shipped with USPS or regional carriers. All orders are protected from damage with shipping INSURANCE and all new products include Manufacturer warranty.

Most orders placed on our web site before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. While we attempt to ship within 1 BUSINESS day it may take us 2-5 business days to ship out your order if a product is out of stock or on backorder
We only ship orders during business days ( M-F ), excluding holidays.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent on the carrier's schedule.
We ship to all continental U.S. addresses with the exception of P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Orders from P.O. Boxes, military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and international locations will be charged upon request.
